My goal from the outset, is to help you experience a positive shift in the way you feel, or what you seek to achieve. For that, I provide a safe, confidential and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you to understand more about yourself, and the current reason that brings you to me. If you just want a listening ear, that's fine but, if you need help to develop new perspectives, new skills and techniques for your dating or relationship success, I can do that too.
Coaching & Support Options
I offer a FREE 30-minute NO obligation discovery call to help you decide if coaching is right for you or if you need support during a tough time. This is not a coaching session but a glimpse of what coaching could be like. If you want to continue, we have already moved past the introduction stage.
Individual one-to-one coaching via phone or Skype is charged at £55.00 for 45 minutes. Packages of two, three or four can be purchased as follows, £ 95.00 | £100.00 | £200 or any combination to suit, these are conducted weekly and may include homework. See the FAQs for details of all options.
Not everyone is ready for private coaching; some just want one-time advice or guidance. This can also help you decide if you want to continue with services after asking your question. Email advice costs £30 per question, paid in advance. Replies focus on providing the best helpful advice, not a word count.
